We established and co-designed with privacy, and several other bodies such as data storage, GIPA, and health and safety, a Power app that can record insights, videos and stills, as well as consent and permission to contact. The service designed the onboarding and sharing of the data with compliant governance in line with Customer Service 5 Safes approach to data. Launched a program of engagement with teachers via in-school visits and teams-recorded videos to allow sharing and built the triage process to share.
